Let’s Talk Shipping

Once you place an order, we get moving fast. Every Pancake Volleyball order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. During big drops, holidays, or preorder periods, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we’ll keep you posted by email.

U.S. Shipping

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.

Once your order is on the way, tracking information will be sent directly to your email.

Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other delivery issues.

Double-Check That Address 👀

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Pancake Volleyball is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If you notice a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to correct it before processing begins.

Preorders and Limited Drops

Preorder and limited-release items will have estimated ship dates listed on their product pages.

Ship dates may shift slightly depending on production or transit timing. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated by email.

International Orders 🌍

International shipping times vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but it hasn’t arrived, we recommend contacting your local carrier first.
