Pancake Volleyball Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Pancake Volleyball gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

First Things First. Can I Return It?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

Email us at pancakevolleyball.brand@gmail.com to request a return.

Please note:

  • Returns must be approved before shipping

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Once approved, we will send step-by-step return instructions

  • The return address will be shared after your return request is started

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

  • We provide return labels only if your item was damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item

  • For all other reasons, including fit, sizing, or a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

To keep things moving quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Instead:

  1. Start a return for your original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order

Only items that meet our return requirements are eligible for repurchase or exchange.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Limited drops, custom, or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with an update.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
